I have contracted the services of Essendon Home Improvements firstly in 2010
and then in 2014. The second time to undertake a significant extension and
renovation of our Balwyn North home. The building project involved
demolition, construction of an extension and renovation of any existing part
of the home. We have been delighted with the result of our home, which is
exactly as we pictured it would be.
Geoff Woda and his team took the time to assist in the initial workings of
the project and throughout the build, we worked closely together to review
and make decisions on all aspects of the renovation. Geoff’s experience was
invaluable to as he provided practical advice and information that meant we
were able to identify improvements, gain any efficiencies and work together
to get the best results for us. The attention to detail was second to none.
In using Essendon Home Improvements to manage our building project, it took
the worry out of organising different trades who all worked on time to
deliver our finished home in faster time than we initially predicted.
I would highly recommend Essendon Home Improvements to current and future
home renovators and builders and I would be happy share my experiences
